ABOUT QUANTUM HEALTH SOLUTIONS
Quantum Health Solutions was formed in 1982, in Pennsylvania, to offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and behavioral health services to corporate clients. Our programs provide confidential help for our clients' employees and to their immediate families, when faced with personal difficulties or life disruptions. Since our founding, EAPs like those Quantum originated have become a standard part of benefits packages offered by many companies and organizations.
Over the past 20 years, we have grown and developed along with our clients, and today we boast a client list that includes groups as diverse as Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and local governments. We tailor each EAP to each client individually, based on factors including organizational culture and behaviors. We recognize that each client has its own particular group dynamic, and we meet those unique needs with flexibility and hands-on customization.
